Tutorial : Creases and Folds by KealeS -I decided to create a tutorial to try help people understand the way creases and folds are formed. I often see a lot of drawings where the creases look random and don't appear to be correct. I myself am a victim of crappy creases and have only recently started to improve, so I thought I'd share my new discovered knowledge. Enjoy!
Super Sugar: Clothing Tutorial by SugarSugarHyperLolly -In this tutorial, I will be showing you how to dress your characters in wonderfully detailed clothing, perhaps most prominently in the style of Elegant Gothic Lolita.
Photoshop7 - Clothing Patterns by cfraser -Well I had a *lot* of people ask me how to make a dress so I decided to make a little visual tutorial on how I did it. I'm sure there are probably other ways and better ways but this is how I did it. The image is pretty big and you can't read the text unless you full view it.
Frills Tutorial by wyldflowa -Just a little frilly tutorial I made super quick in Photoshop. This is my failsafe method of drawing frills - I have no idea where I learnt how to do this but I've found pics from '98 where I've used this method so I couldn't of read it online anywhere!
Clothing Reference - Edit by treijim -It's basically the tutorial above, but made into a nice, short, printable, and explanationless graph of folds. By the way, the point of this one is to print it out.
+ Reference - Medieval Clothing by treijim -A reference sheet for those who like or would like to like designing clothing for fantasy/medieval/Fire Emblem characters. I guess it's been a few years in the making, considering I've tried making a reference like this a fair few times, but this time it's way better. Tell me if you like it!
Kimono Tutorial by merry-xmas -Many people ask me a lot of basic kimono questions, like which way you fold it over, and where does the sash go - that sort of stuff... So, I made up a little tutorial with the basic principles of women's kimono. Hope it's useful
Folds and You by TehLissness -Just a quick tutorial for folds. It's just to explain some basic things behind folds and how to draw them right. Good for the beginner!
