Signing up

All you have to do is make an account over at www.daz3d.com and add the above link to your chart. from there confirm the free transaction and you have your software. If you don't have the room on your computer the software will remain within your account as long as you remember your sign in and email if you forget your login.

once you finished go to the button at the top of your screen called "My Account" then *Click it*. Once your in your "Account dashboard" *Click* the "Available Downloads" link. From there only download the links that are for your own computer for example only download Hexagon 2.5 pc version if you have pc and if you have a mac then download the Hexagon 2.5 mac version if you have a mac. As for the Serial numbers to access your software you have to go back to the "Account dashboard" and *Click* the "Available Serial Numbers" From there you should be able to get into the program and start creating 3D art.

Downloaded them a while ago and they are no longer in available downloads section?

The downloads last about 5 days or 4 download attempts in order to get them back into the active downloads area you need to go into Itemized Order History and look for the Reset next to the product .From there they should re-appear in your active downloads section.  You can only reset the download 3 times in a 3 month period.
