Good session today.
Next week we'll be going over page layoputs!
------------------------
I'm assuming church still lets out around 1pm on Sundays so after that time, I will hop on over to a public domain for lunch and then I will restart my livestreaming Art Critiques and Sketch Jam.
What the *bleep* is a Sketch Jam?
It's like an Ani-jam but with sketching.
What I'll do is post a prompt on Livestream, those in the channel watching will draw this prompt and have a set amount of time to do it. Once you are finished, you will upload it to your DA and send it to ME and I will fav it for the collection. The collection will be another resource designed to track your progress as an artist and to also give other people the opportunity to learn from you and each other.
I will also set up time during the week for people who need me to break down their sketches or help me guide them through visualization but since this is time consuming and I still have to pay rent, you can either donate to help me out or I can continue my waitessing gig.
DJ's Drawing class on Livestream
On this channel I will also be holding classes and workshops on story development. The videos will be, in turn, posted on youtube so that you can continue to reference them as needed.

----------------------------------
If you have a twitter account I will post daily prompts, #dailysketch that will be uploaded on twitter and on DA. Twitter is used as a resource who may not have DA and to reach a broader audience of young artists and even some senior artists who just feel like hanging around with us. HOPEFULLY if this works out the way I want it to, people from the industry will feel compelled to sketch with us every now and then to raise awareness for the art community.

I will go back into the journal on the AH and update our Weekly dice roll prompts.
I will continue this as long as participation demands it. I will go over the entries at the end of the week, which will be due on Sundays BEFORE class starts, and will judge the best one and feature you in my journal and the AH blog roll.
Judging will be based on creativity and how well you used the prompts. These will be ADVANCED sketches, meaning: they must be ready for ink and color or have prelim colors already set. Composition, color choices, line work and creativity will be a major factor in whether or not you are chosen. Please keep checking your message for updates and prompts.
----------------------------------
Again, as long as participation is strong, I will possibly host a variety of contests, asking you to utilize your skills as you progress through the month of prompts and sketching.
Prizes will range from books, commissions, DA points, gift certificates, features and cash and all participants will receive a free sample book from allpose.com.
I will also be hosting a larger contest at the end of my 6th chapter of my original for a chance to win a cop of Painttool SAI.
If I decide to do the contests, I will ask every month for prize participants and donations which will be regulated through my page.
REMEMBER
All of these art-block killing ideas will be based SOLELY on participation and enthusiasm. I will not continue if I feel that people are not interested in progressing. The idea behind these devices is to bring people back the drawing board!
